The Alumni Leadership Council is a team of 40 diverse Alumni who lead and inform Project 351’s mission in remarkable ways. The primary role is to serve as role models and mentors to the current Class of Ambassadors, and as a catalyst for Alumni engagement in Project 351 service. The ALC helps scale the reach and impact of Project 351 service, and strengthens the ethic of youth leadership across the Commonwealth.
ALC members serve for a one-year term and are selected through a competitive application process. Members exemplify Project 351 values, the highest standards of service, and individual initiative to engage peers to make a difference in their community.
Being an Ambassador means so much to me. It means being a voice for change, someone who makes others smile, and someone who willingly gives up their time to serve. But, really it's just shown me that I'm a part of something bigger, a little something called Project 351. It's about making friends, learning about yourself, and gaining the confidence to change the world. The things that I've learned I'll carry with me forever.

Now that I have a good grasp on how it feels to serve, there is no way I can stop. Project 351 has inspired and given me the leadership skills I will need to start my own community service group this school year.Operation Day's Work, an organization that I participated in through my middle school years, helps our peers in far away communities with their financial standings, education, and health. I am planning to bring this organization to my high school this school year. Project 351 also taught me that a small thing like a kind word or action leads to another kind word or action and so on. So, I have set out to create as many of these little chains of kindness as I can.
